Really what’s going on lately? Well I have watched some television on my down time and doing some reading and couldn’t believe some of the things that happened as of late. Already we lost the legendary Etta James. Then President Obama broke out in song and I didn’t know what to do but say WOW! Who knew the President had some pipes on him? What I also couldn’t believe was the rumors about my favorite couple Heidi Klum and Seal are divorcing. Just shocking what goes on when you’re on downtime. Well I did move and it’s wonderful that I actually enjoy my new digs!!! Let’s see what I else I can update you guys on? Well that surprise can be saved for later. But what I want to ask is why are so many people hell-bent on using each other? I mean this is a trend that needs to stop! I’ll get into more detail at a later time but I’m so sick of the drama going on now and it’s always among women.

Ladies, will there ever be a time there will be no more catfights?

New Year means new changes and new looks! Some people are going nuts with the 2012 Mayan calendar and the film well we will see at 11:59 if things exploded. Well it’s already 2012 other parts of the world so HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Now as for me I don’t do resolutions because I NEVER keep all of them. This time I am going to say I will try! Which I will do try to keep my sites up to date and this year I WILL be bringing some surprises everyone’s way. I’m not with foolishness so all the messy crap that went on last year and the years before will officially end for me. I’m going to be nice and forgive all those that tried to make my life a living hell. I mean they failed so many times in public and private and got laughed out of the internet so I guess I will feel some pitty. Moment of silence for the miserable failures and haters altogether now.

Okay enough of the idiots, now on to life 101 lessons for 2011. Let me tell you all that there is nothing that is impossible. All these sayings that goals should be attainable, why limit yourself. If you believe you can do it try, at least you can say YOU TRIED and don’t have to second guess or regret that you never attempted. I also want you to learn a lesson on realtionships and friendships, not everyone online and in your reality are who they say they really are. Let me break it down, there are some people that enter these friendships with an agenda. You got to know to feel them out or peep game. Look at how often they call text or try to keep contact with you or try to befriend you. You have got to keep your guard up at all times with ALL people. Why are they being so nice and piling on the compliments? What’s their deal what do they really want? I am so sick of reading thread after thread of people trying to expose each other over gossip or trying to have status. It’s sad and ridiculously stupid. It’s more dumb when the “victims” are supposed to be veterans in the game of LIFE and still fall in the same stupid game. You try to befriend some person and they turn on you because they can’t get to their target or what they want. You been through this over and over and you wonder why or you want to say oh I exposed you or I found you out. If you see the signs the hell with exposing idiot CUT THEM OFF. Why wait until they have something big to mess you up with? Come on people use your skill don’t play victim or play the fool over and over again.

Another thing I don’t like to see people copy paste all the time. Be you, have your own style for God’s sake I mean if I see one more Kardashian Clone or Nicki wannabe I am going to lose my mind. You are uniquely made okay? You are one of a kind damn it why try to be a gimmick and get made when people call you average or simple? You have your own unique personality quit trying to become someone else you’re special just expand on it. Be a woman or man about yours and also for kids tweens and teens STAY IN A CHILDS PLACE. Too many kids talking back people laughing like it’s cute and putting their input in adult conversations. Well there is the problem too many kids are trying to be ADULTS. Quit trying to grow up so damn fans BE A KID! Go OUTSIDE PLAY READ A BOOK do something other than sitting around repeating explicit lyrics to songs and can’t read. I hate to sound like a lecturing bitch, but come on training starts at home lets tighten up on that end. I am so sick of seeing disrespectful kids cut up and their mammy yes I said it pet them and play it off. CUT IT OUT and DISCIPLINE YOUR DAMN KIDS!!

People mad at Kardashians and other celebs for their fuck ups. Hey it’s THEIR LIFE it’s not OUR FAMILY and we don’t have to live with the consequences of their bullshit. Guess what readers, we can have our opinions myself included but it’s not that deep why harbor hate? Like people saying oh MJ wouldn’t want his kids doing this and that oh they shouldn’t be doing this, THEY ARE NOT YOUR KIDS!!! Reality is a son of a bitch isn’t it? Yes I’m letting it all hang out, with this being the last post of 2011 this blog has to be outrageous raw and to the point. Did I ruffle a few feathers with my harsh statements? Oh well!

Then I’m seeing people cater to the foolishness of celebritiy divorces and have the nerve to pick sides. Yes, it’s that bad when you see people saying Team this or Team that and cussing out people they might never see in life. Like the Deion Sanders situation with his daughter on Twitter airing out dirty laundry on her step mother Pilar. I don’t know what to think because either way I don’t care who did what in the marriage it was a shock but then again at the end of the day it’s none of my business. I am entitled to my opinion that the way Deion’s daugther went about it was tacky but what’s done is done. Hopefully things work out for the best for both parties.

If I could have done anything differently this year it would have been to be more open and nicer but each time I try I end up getting screwed again. But I have 2012 to improve my lifestyle and fitness and how I come across to people. I’m fearless and confident but I tend to let the lioness out too often. I have that flaw but it’s when I see someone getting out of line or taking advantage of someone I lose my temper. So to check myself I’m going to be more approachable, professional and not so aggressive. I can be more lengthy in my posts and finally get to what I wanted done business wise sense I was stopping my plans for other people. Never again I am going to do put myself first. It may sound selfish but it’s time I work on me. Quit trying to conform to fit in and be me because nobody can do it for me or do it better. It’s time because now I’m a new person and with inpsiration it’s time I speak out more instead of being reserved because it might offend others. This year I was trying to hold back because I was affected by what others said and thought. Now in 2o12 it’s the whole take charge of my dreams, inpsriations, goals and desires. Quit letting others define me because I KNOW who I am. With that I say goodbye 2011 GOOD RIDDANCE!!

Let me tell you, after watching some videos I had a thought about when I first started this blog. I didn’t have a clear purpose then when I did I went running with it and it’s still all over the place. I also had put it to use when I was setting some people straight and at times making fun of people on other blogs. I’m not saying that’s the right thing to do, but if you’re being attacked it’s best to defend yourself and keep it moving. But there is something I found very interesting that I wanted to post about. I find it interesting that when you have a beef with a person and you’re trying to gain sympathy and paint yourself as the innocent person, why are you trying to reach out and contact that person? I want to know the mentality of that. I had a stalker to hack into my e-mails and spread all kind of rumors. In the wake of doing that she bothered to find any person that has some contact with me and lied about me being in jail. Oh my God I’m telling you I haven’t laughed that hard because she had a lot of people thinking I was in jail. Now if that was the case I would sure like to know how I accessed the internet my cellphone and enjoyed outings and answering IM’s facebook and Youtube requests behind bars. LOL!!!

In all seriousness the person went e-mailing and tried to reach out to me through people I was friends and even fell out with to get in contact with me. I know crazy right? It’s like how can you possibly be serious? If I’m such a bad person that did such horrible things why in God’s name are you stalking me and trying to reach out to me through a half ass apology. That there is the most hilarious crazy thing I ever encountered. Let me say this, in all honesty if you’re going to apologize do that but the stalking thing is not only ridiculous it’s giving me new things to laugh at about you when I tell my friends and family about you. Oh Selfie such a bully but I want to apologize because she didn’t deserve it. How backwards is that? Anyway, if you’re seeking forgiveness I extend an olive branch and a thank you for the laughs. Maybe now you will actually get a life instead of pretending to take your own and you will finally stop stalking me. If I find out you been hunting for information about me one more time and believe me the same people you reached out to Vicky told me every single thing you said and tried to do. If I find out you’re still at it in the conference calls and plotting and even making up bullshit about others. I promise you I will personally handle it and it’s not a threat it’s a promise. Stop it while you’re ahead.

What a weekend it’s turning out to be. Okay I know you guys heard about the divorce coming with Demi and Ashton and it’s unfortunate but that’s life. I was also like everybody else so glad Justin Bieber was vindicated in that whole baby mama mess that was going around, am I the only one that didn’t believe that story for one second? Then Tyler Perry spoke out in defense of his decision to cast Kim Kardashian in his new film The Marriage Counselor. Goodness did his fans speak out in outrage over her being casted especially after the divorce drama but then you have to remember he’s looking to attract the younger audience which he said in his letter. Hey he who is without sin cast the first stone saints!!!

Alright so if you been keeping up with Dancing With The Stars you been Keeping Up With The Kardashians again because Rob is still dancing. Cherbert are still in the line up keep voting you guys because to be honest he and Ricki Lake are my faves to win. I’m very excited to see what they bring to the table but I would be crazy not to acknowledge Nancy Grace and Hope’s departure. Great cart-wheel Nancy because you sure proved just because you have twins doesn’t mean you still can’t swing. I wasn’t tweeting during the telecast because I was having family movie nights and I also was watching Basketball Wives L.A.

Speaking of which, just when people thought Jackie was done with that confrontationion well after she had her drink it was on. The women sat Jackie down which looked like a Mob Wives confrontation to continue their spat from Hawaii. The show ended in Laura moving to Orlando, her baby is adorable btw. Gloria and Matt breaking up and Kimsha saying what I been thinking all along, Stay out of drama I don’t care who said what. I can’t wait for the reunion on Monday with John hosting this should be good. I wonder what Jackie is going to say this time. I still can’t get over Draya calling her tacky Jackie. Oh when that gets addressed it should be good.

With Basketball Wives L.A. done we got the return of Love & Hip Hop. Chrissy, Olivia, Emily and the Vagina Monolouges I mean Somaya are back. Talk about a come back, Jim Jones mother made a diss track which Chrissy had to see on World Star Hip Hop and it wasn’t pretty. Did you guys also noticed some new faces to the cast? Yancy and Kimbella and let’s just say she didn’t get a warm welcome from Chrissy. What I didn’t know about the show was that it was Yancy’s idea that came into Vh1′s hands and I must say it’s an addictive show. Chrissy girl the way you did that sneak move to get at Kimbella I got to say that move need to be included in the list of moves in Mortal Kombat.

Well nothing now I’m just making it and taking it each day at a time. What I want new soon is my address because I found the most lovely place to settle in and call home. Readers if everything goes well I will be posting some pics of my awesome new place as soon as time permits. I’m so excited and yes I do pray beyond the colorful language you guys are seeing and hearing for those that speak to me by chat or phone. I’m telling you I kept this silent until today, but I have looked at this place for a while and fell in love with it from the tour of the lovely home. I already have an idea of how I want to arrange and decorate but I’m holding steadfast in prayer on how things are going to work out so pray with and for me people.

Anyway, for those that don’t know I read like crazy along with writing and if you really know me you know I love film and being that Martin Scorsese is one of my favorite directors; you would also know that today is his birthday. Join me in wishing the brilliant director a very happy birthday.

Apple Co-Founder innovator and genius Steve Jobs passed away and it took me a long time to post on this because it really hit home what we lost. Many celebrities and others have posted tweets and many fans spectators alike also have been really active in sharing our thoughts and condolences to family and friends about the man who changed the way we listen to market Music, Film , and a generation. He is missed and I can say he left an impact like no other around the world.

How Many More Times?

Yes, how many more times should I be placed in a compromising place? I ask this question because I have been in situations where I have had to forgive only to be burned again. Well I had someone reach out to me and though their attempts sound very genuine I can’t go down that road again because I know what they’re all about I mean come on. How many times do you think I have to hear about the same person repeating the same offense? I honestly think this, if you betrayed over and over you shouldn’t really be bothered with the person anymore. I will speak on occasion but I will not be very trusting with them seeing how they can’t stay loyal to save their own life. Do you have a circle of friends? What’s been the ups and downs and how close are your inner circle? I love to see your comments suggestions and things of that sort. Because my question of the day is How Many Times?

I find myself asking this a lot, how many times will you forgive? How many times does it take to be double crossed before you tell that person they are dismissed. How many times do you open up before you close yourself up again. How many times are you finding yourself having to “overlook” these flaws in character often. These are legitimate questions because I have done that too many times dealing with some dramatic unstable people who really weren’t all right upstairs if you get my drift. I can’t stress it enough that you can’t allow people to over step their bounds. You have to let them know they are crossing the line and if it doesn’t stop they got to get out of your life. You have too many things going on now to deal with someone elses crap. I’m serious as I’m typing this because there is nothing more irritating than having a drama queen bring their insecurities and loading you down with their crap when you have your own life to worry and concentrate on.

No this is not a Good Hair type thing to take sides about going relaxed or natural. I say that is a personal choice but no matter how you decide to go with your hair look very closely at the products you are applying to your hair. I was doing my research as I said earlier and I was also looking at Youtube watching some debates about products and listening to both sides about Products. Though I will not call any brand out by name but I will say that I hope my sisters are checking the labels before they apply these products in their hair. Just like we check the labels or Nutrition Facts on our foods. We need to read the labels printed on the side of our hair products. You will see the word in all caps in a thinner than normal font because they think we’re never going to look this up. It’s called INGREDIENTS ladies and you should read and look them up as you go.

WHY READ THE INGREDIENTS OF HAIR PRODUCTS?

Thought you’d never ask, well this is important so listen up. The reason why you should because you could be further damaging your hair or putting disgusting things in your hair. You will be surprised what you will find in your hair products that are so “organic and fully natural”. Do you realize you could be placing fertilizer, sperm and even braking fluid in your hair? Don’t believe me? Or are you looking at the screen like WTF? Well I’m about to exlain to you what’s up!!! Many of ladies use produts to either Grow, Moisturize, Add Body, Volume, or just simply tame their hair right? Well companies that make these products probably wish you were never smart enough to look up further chemicals they are putting in your hair. Yes, natural sisters if you are not using your own HOMEMADE product you are using CHEMICALS in your hair. Let me explain!!!

PROPYLENE GLYCOL ALCOHOL

Know what that is? Ever heard of it? Well it’s in your Conditioner, Shampoo, Detangler, Mousse, Wall Paper Stripper, Fabric Softer Paint, Degreaser, Adhesive. I bet you’re saying, “I’m putting Adhesive in my HAIR? Yes, absolutely you are but you didn’t know so let me tell you about Propylene Glycol. It’s a colorless volatile and flammable liquid. It’s used a lot as a solvent. It’s found in many Alcohol Mouthwashes which has been linked to oral cancer. It’s considered more dangerous than the alcohol that’s in drinks. It causes headaches backaches, and fould in braking fluid! The MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET WARNS THAT USERS SHOULD AVOID SKIN CONTACT. It’s a STRONG SKIN IRRITANT. This irritant can cause LIVER ABNORMALTIES AND KIDNEY DAMAGE. Guess what ladies YOUR SCALP IS YOUR SKIN!!! When you wash your clothes in the fabric softner that stuff is in your clothes and comes in contact with your SKIN!!! It can cause EYE IRRITATION SKIN DRYING. ( Ladies wondering why their scalp is so dry or why there are flakes forming in their scalp after using this stuff well there is one of your culprits. The product itself)

AMMONIUM CHLORIDE

Yes you are putting Ammonia in your scalp!! When exposed to low temperature it will crystalize! Ever notice when you put some products in your hair it kind of looks like…

Ladies EDUCATE YOURSELVES!!!

I can not stress how important it is to know what exactly you are placing on your scalps because what you think you’re doing to help your hair my damage it further and even compromise your health. What pisses me off is that these companies are making millions of dollars and won’t bother ot have warnings about these very dangerous chemicals. The only warning you will see on the bottles or jars, whatever container they are in the don’t swallow and keep away from small children warning! At least they are honest enough to tell you to keep it away from flames! It’s so hilarous how these companies say it stops or protect from chemical damages or say it’s chemical free when it’s a shit load of dangerous chemicals in their products. Ladies be careful please and make sure you do your research! Because you think you got just dandruff it’s normal and you need medicated shampoo when it’s build up due to the products. Read up on what you’re using ladies because we all know our common enemies are the products pictured but these chemicals I described are also found in Mousse Hair Volume Sprays!! Just look up the products and make sure your shampoos are SULPHATE FREE!! I can’t stress that any further! Be CAREFUL!
